  • Ari Gold

    FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR

    Ari Gold has directed four Sundance films, and has won over fifty prizes, including best film at SXSW twice, the Student Oscar, and Best Director at the American Cinematheque / ARPA.

    He is in production on his third feature, "Helicopter,” which expands on his student-Oscar-winning short film about his mother’s death, and which features legendary director Alejandro Jodorowsky. Ari's most unusual distinctions include a High Times Magazine "Stoner of the Year" award, and a Guinness World Record for commanding the largest air-drum ensemble on earth.

    In 2024, in addition to film and music projects, Ari is releasing a book of poetry and the ecological graphic-novel "Fogtown."

  • Jay Ponti

    VP SCRIPTED CONTENT

    For over 14 years, Jay has been actively involved in the creation of content. His background as a grassroots political organizer, mobilizing the masses for justice, is reflected in his roles within social movements like Standing Rock and Bank Exit. Jay's collaborative experiences include projects with Jane Fonda, Susan Sarandon, Mark Ruffalo, and Shailene Woodley.

    In 2022, Jay launched and ran Hyperobject Action, a division of Adam McKay's Hyperobject Industries dedicated to grassroots advocacy and creating content for social impact. His nationwide campaigns and direct actions, grounded in a commitment to social justice, particularly in climate justice, inform his approach as Grack Films' VP of Scripted Content. His advocacy for social justice causes enriches his ability to create content that resonates deeply.

  • Michelle Stratton

    DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

    Michelle is an actor, writer and producer. Following a decade of performance in film and theater, she has transitioned into the role of creator. Her latest passion project “Thoughts I Had While Almost Dying”, a puppet-infused black comedy, premiered at Filmadrid in June.

    Her most recent Grack project involved stepping into new territory as the executive producer of “Brother Verses Brother” a lush one shot music driven feature that is now gearing up for the festival circuit.

  • Natasha Nutkiewicz

    VP INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTION & DEVELOPMENT

    Natasha is a filmmaker creating work that promotes justice, healing and sustainability, and a graduate of the University of Southern California’s Schools of Dramatic & Cinematic Arts. Some of her most formative experiences include growing up in her father’s theater in Buenos Aires and immigrating to Miami at 12 years old.

    She has written, directed and starred in social impact films while also producing USC’s first ever Eco Film Festival. She is an Andrew Lloyd Webber Scholar and a Television Academy‘s Internship Finalist.

    She is amalgamation of Argentinian, Polish, American and Spanish roots, so she hopes she can continue working internationally.

  • Neriman Mohammad

    DEVELOPMENT

    Neriman is a Palestinian aspiring singer-songwriter who enjoys film! She is a first generation American and the first in her family to graduate college with a Bachelor’s degree. Neriman is both fluent in Arabic and English and in her free time likes to practice on her keyboard!

  • Dove Ayinde

    ZINE DISTRIBUTION

    Dove A. is an artist/musician from Los Angeles, CA.

    Topics of social awareness, and identity, along with an acute use of poetic observations can be found throughout her literary work, live performances, and in mixed media art. Amongst various projects, Her work has been featured at Los Angeles Contemporary Exhibitions, the Hammer Museum, and The Broad. She is a part of the LA queer art collective Mutant Salon, and performs in post-garage band, HAUSA.
